We designed a predictive analytics dashboard that continuously monitored user behavior and engagement patterns to identify early signs of potential churn.
By integrating customer health metrics with machine learning predictions, the system allowed Customer Success teams to take proactive measures and improve client satisfaction.
This initiative reduced annual churn by 5 percentage points across the SMB segment and became a core retention tool for the organization.
